If you do not provide the information Fontina Digital requires, Fontina Digital may not be able to provide all of its Services to you.

Service Providers. Some of our products, services and databases are hosted by third party hosting services providers. We also may use vendors for other projects, such as conducting surveys or organizing sweepstakes for us. We may share information about you with these vendors only to enable them to perform their services.
Legal Purposes. Information Shared with restaurant/hotels
When you generate order at a restaurant/hotel or execute online food ordering transaction through our Services, your information is provided to us and to the restaurant/hotels with whom you choose to reserve. In order to facilitate your reservation and online food order processing, we provide your information to that restaurant/hotel in a similar manner as if you had made a reservation or food order directly with the restaurant/hotel. If you provide a mobile phone number, restaurant/hotels or Fontina Digital may send you text messages regarding your order's delivery status. When you order at a restaurant/hotel through our Services, we may also share with the restaurant/hotels additional information, such as information about your dining preferences and history or information that we collect from third-parties.
Information you choose to share with a restaurant/hotel when you make a reservation may be used by the restaurant/hotel for its own purposes. We do not control the privacy practices of restaurant/hotels. Please contact the restaurant/hotel directly if you want to learn about its privacy practices.


5. Payment

We use Stripe for processing payments. We/Stripe do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You should not share your phone number, otp, or other security information for your Fontina Digital account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your phone number and otp, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our services, or advances in technology. Please check this page periodically for changes. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.
