Cancellation & Refund

Service Cancellation
You can cancel the undelivered or services on which we haven't started working anytime after placing the order on our application/website, this would lead to a cancellation request being generated at our end and then our executives will decide on if the service booking can be cancelled or not. You might find the cancelltion details in your invoice or Email received by our payments partner Stripe, You can also initiate a cancellation request by sending us an email on accounts@fontinadigital.com

Refunds
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have processed your cancelled booking. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A certain amount may be deduced from the original amount paid to us depending on the cancellation criteria, time period and policies of our payments partner Stipe.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@fontinadigital.com
